Boil your fish with some seasoning and spices allow to cool and remove all the bones.keep aside

Slice your tomatoes, scotoch bonnet and onions keep aside

Fry your oil with some onions then add your slice tomatoes,scotoch bonnet and onions.

Add pinch of salt seasoning and some spices.keep strinin till the tomatoes scotoch bonnet and onions is well fry add little slice onions on top and add your fish allow it for 5min.that all to me it goes well with my white rice and beans
