Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 1onion
  • Thumb size ginger
  • Cloves
  • Seasoning
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut your chicken to desired shape, transfer into a pot add onions grinded ginger garlic and cloves add small amount of water and allow to boil till tender

  2. 2

    Drain the excess water and allow to cool,then deep fry into a hot oil and serve.
