Street style Ghugni Chaat!

Ghugni or Yellow peas or Green peas curry which is basically a famous street food of Odisha and West Bengal.Any visitor can easily find this in locals of cities and towns across Odisha.This is a spicy and delightful eatery which definitely make your tastebud drool over it.The Ghugni is topped with many varities of local ingredients which is easily available as toppings.And this simple snack can definitely make soul satisfied after having a bowl of it.
And this is also one of my personal favourite street food from my own homeland Odisha.
So am tagging this one also as my favourite for the giveaway #favourite .

Cooking Instructions

Take the yellow peas curry in a big bowl.Add the above mentioned ingredient to it.

After topping the peas curry with green chillies,onion,sev just sprinkle the tarmarind juice.

Then serve it in a organic leaf plate to get the authentic raw taste as we get it from the local street vendors.
