  • 4brinjals
  • 1tomato
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspred chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash brinzal and potatoa and cut them,keep in water

  2. 2

    Now heaat oil in a pan,add cumin add dbrinzal and potato

  3. 3

    Add spices and cook unfill both done and tender

  4. 4

    When it become soft andd tomatoes and mix well and serve
