500 gmbhindi
1 tspfennel
1 tspgaram masala
1 tbspginger,garlic
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 pinchasafoetida
as per needOil

Mix all spices in a bowl

Wash bhindi and give a slit in that
3

Now fill all the bhindi with spices
4

Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic and fry all the bhindi in it
5

When it becomes soft off the flame,serve with paratha
