In bowl add oil and sugar and beat them thoroughly

Add eggs one by one and beat till the mixture is fluffy. Add your essence

In a separate bowl sieve in the flour, add the baking powder, 2 spoons of cinnamon powder and salt and mix them

Now add the flour little by little in the first mixture alternating with milk

Once the butter is ready. Grease your sufuria (baking tin) with some oil and flour

Bow hear your pressure cooker on a medium heat and put your butter and reduce the heat.

N/b remove the whistling metal part of the cooker cover and cover the cooker tightly.

Bake for at most 1 hour

In another sufuria add the remaining cinnamon and 3 spoons of sugar and 5 spoons of water and heat them to attain a thick syrup.

When your cake is well cooked and it has cooled down make some inserts with a knife and pour in the syrup.

Let it cool permanently and serve with tea, coffer and juice
