Ingredients

  1. 500 gramFish
  2. 1 tbsMusterd seeds Powder
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  5. 1/2 tspcumin Powder
  6. 1/2 tspBlack pepper Powder
  7. 1/2Dry Mango Powder
  8. 1tbsGinger Garlic Paste
  9. to taste accordingSalt
  10. As neededOil for fry
  11. 1 tspChaatmasala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the above mentioned ingredients(except oil) and keep aside to marinate fish for 30 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan and drop the marinated fish one by one fry them on a medium flame till golden brown and crisp

    Sprinkle chaat masala on fish and serve hot
