Steps

Pilled bitter guard cut from one side and rub it by salt, leave it rest for 1 hour

After 1 hour wash it with clean water and add all spices to fill bitter guard

Add oil in pan and fry potatoes and bitter guard till it become brown.

Then add chopped onions and red chilli and saute it. Add all spices.

Mix bitter guard and saute it for 5 minutes.
