Ingredients

  • 1and 1/2 cup roughly grind rice
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 3finely chopped green chilli
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • as neededTomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take rice flour and mix it in buttermilk. Now add onion, green chilli, and all spices. Mix it well.

    Rest it for 1/2 hour.

  3. 3

    Take a pan grease it with oil. Then pour the batter.... Roast it with both side till it crunchy.

    Now cut it into 4 pieces and serve it with tomato sauce.
