In a mixing bowl, combined all the ingredients except almond slices.

Luxurious Egg White and Almond Flour Cookies Luxurious Egg White and Almond Flour Cookies
This is a variation on something called Duchesse cookies. I reduced the amount of sugar and butter as much as possible. This cookie is often made using praline cream, but I personally like plain buttercream the best. This will become even more fragrant if you make it with ground hazelnuts. It's also nutty and delicious if you add roasted walnuts and mix with all the ingredients except for the egg whites in a food processor. Recipe by flan* cookpad.japan -

I love peanut butter, but have developed an allergy to it. Finally tried almond butter. I’ve had a hankering for some peanut butter cookies, and decided to try some Almond Butter cookies. Just switched out the peanut for almond. They’re pretty tasty! #globalcookpadgames2024 Sonya Bankester -

Easy Microwave Cookies with Leftover Egg Whites Easy Microwave Cookies with Leftover Egg Whites
Whenever I make pasta carbonara, I have leftover egg whites. It's such a waste to just throw them out, so when I make carbonara, I make these simple cookies as well.Depending on how long you cook them, you can have fluffy or crispy cookies But be careful not to let them burn! Once they start to turn brown, you've reached their limit. Recipe by YOUtan cookpad.japan -

Crispy Egg Cookies Crispy Egg Cookies
I have been making these cookies for a long time. You don't need to sift the cake flour, but if you're using cocoa powder, sift them together.Cookies taste better when you rest the dough, but if you don't have time, omit the step. You can make cookies even with 1 beaten egg. Using only egg yolks makes the cookies more moist. Recipe by Shihosuke cookpad.japan -

Crispy and Melt-in-your-mouth Almond Cookies Crispy and Melt-in-your-mouth Almond Cookies
This cookie is good for a gift or taking to a party. I made this recipe because I bought the cookie cutter I had my eye on for while. I usually keep extra egg white in the refrigerator and make financierslater.Don't take too much time to mix and knead the dough through Steps 1-4. Mixing and kneading in a short time makes the cookie crispy and melting. I recommend to make icebox cookies from the remaining dough after cutting out with a cookie cutter, because you don't waste any dough and you will enjoy different shapes of cookies.
