Season the ground lamb with chopped cilantro, one finely chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, then shape into patties (you can also spread the mixture in the baking dish or shape as you like).

Slice the potatoes and eggplant into rounds, then fry them until half cooked.

Slice two tomatoes into rounds and set aside. Juice the remaining tomatoes. Slice the bell peppers and the remaining onions.

Arrange the ingredients in a baking dish in layers. Drizzle with the oil, then pour the tomato juice over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C), using both top and bottom heat, for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
