Ingredients

  1. 1.kadu(pumpkin) 1 medium size
  2. 2.1medium onion
  3. 3.1tomato
  4. 4.green chillies 3
  5. 5.coriander leaves
  6. 6.mint leaves 5 to 6
  7. 7.cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon
  8. 8.black pepper according to taste
  9. 9.salt according to taste
  10. 10.yougurt 1 cup

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pumpkin in half cup of water and cook it when the water will dry.

    Add tomoato. Green chillies. Onion. coriander. Black pepper salt and cumin seeds.

    Now add yogurt and mix it well. It's very beneficial in summer for high blood pressure and also for stomach and liver.
