Ingredients

1.kadu(pumpkin) 1 medium size
2.1medium onion
3.1tomato
4.green chillies 3
5.coriander leaves
6.mint leaves 5 to 6
7.cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon
8.black pepper according to taste
9.salt according to taste
10.yougurt 1 cup

Boil the pumpkin in half cup of water and cook it when the water will dry.

Add tomoato. Green chillies. Onion. coriander. Black pepper salt and cumin seeds.
3

Now add yogurt and mix it well. It's very beneficial in summer for high blood pressure and also for stomach and liver.
