Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1 cupfresh peas
  3. 1potato
  4. 1onion
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 7-8curry leaves
  7. 1lemon
  8. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  10. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1 tbsp / to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop onion and potato.Wash poha under running water and keep aside for 7-10 minutes.Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and squeeze lemon over soaked poha.

    Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add oil to it.Add mustard seeds.As they start to crackle add curry leaves and onion.Saute till onion becomes golden brown.Add chopped potato,onion and green chillies.Add 1/2 tbsp salt.Mix well and cover with a lid.Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

    Add soaked poha and salt and mix well.Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.Serve hot.Sprinkle bhujiya sev on top to enhance taste.
