Ingredients

  • 2 cupssoaked poha
  • 2onions
  • 1potato
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 2 spoonslemon juice
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and green chillies when crackle add onion and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add potato and salt and cook til potato turns soft.

  3. 3

    Then add tomato and all spices and saute it.

  4. 4

    Now add soaked poha,lemon juice and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
