Delicious fried Oreos with a side of pancakes 🥞

Thought I'd combine my two favourite things in the world- Oreos and pancakes!

Since I was given margarine in return for being a cooking tester, I made these muffins that are easy to gift. Margarine keeps the muffins moist, fluffy, and retains the flavor the next day. They were so delicious.If the egg is not warm enough, the mixture will separate easily. So I recommend mixing in a double boiler a little at a time. If it does separate, adding in a little bit of flour should fix it.The muffins puff out more if the batter is sticky, so make sure to add in the milk and dry ingredients alternately and mix until it becomes sticky. They don't have the browning you will get if you bake them in an oven but they are just as fluffy and delicious as one from the oven.Ps: You do need silicon moulds for this.Also, if you don't have silicon moulds, you can make a mug cake with this recipe you will get about 2 or 3 mug cakes, microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
