Peel and give small cuts on the plantain put in the oven to grill make turns for both sides to grill well

Cut and wash the fish..season with salt,knorr seasoning cubes,curry and grill for some minutes blend pepper and onion roughly pour on it grill for extra 5minutes. And enjoy
