We have a Chinese wholesale by were we live and they have all the products for chip shops. We can go in and buy too. they sell 1 box of 80 sausages thick and firm they are for deep frying. I bought them and I make my own chip shop sausage add salt and vinegar and they taste the same. not too often they are lovely but unhealthy to have them often. #Supper#Sausage#lunch#mainmeal

Heat up the oil until near to boiling, then add one sausage at a time still frozen. I can fit 8 sausages in my pan. If they sizzle that's right.leave to cook on low heat,m for. 3-4 minutes.

Bring them out when all brown and place them on kitchen roll to soak up the oil. Then add to a plate and add the salt and vinegar and serve.
