1 cupbuttermilk
2 tbsp besan / gram flour
as per taste Salt
as per taste Red chilli
1 tspturmeric
1 tsp eachmustard & cumin

Steps

Mix besan and buttermilk,let it boil,add spices and cook on low flame
2

In another pan heat oil in a apn,add cumin and mustard and pour this on besan mix and let it boil again,cook for 10 minutes serve hot with rice and roti.
