Ingredients

  1. 1-1/4 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 tspSalt -
  3. as neededWater
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. 1 cupmozzarella cheese grated
  6. 1 tbsp-italian herbs
  7. 1 tbspchilli flakes
  8. 2-3 tbsppizza sauce
  9. 1Onion sliced
  10. 1/2 cupChopped capsicum red, green,
  11. 1/2 cupCorns -

Cooking Instructions

    Add atta,salt to a mixing bowl.pour water little by little and begin to make a dough add 1tbsp oil and knead until the dough becomes soft

    Now wash and cut the veggies

  3. 3

    Divide the dough to egual parts flatten a ball and dust some flour on both the sides begin to roll to a round shape roti.Do not make thick or too thin.make the roti and set aside

    Then spread pizza sauce.on the roti.layer onion, capsicum,corns, cheese, chilli flakes and mix herbs

  5. 5

    Heat a pan when it turns hot then gently place a paratha on a low flame till the cheese melts make sure the bottom doesn't get burnt

  6. 6

    Cut the pizza paratha serve hot
