  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupwheat flour
  4. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  5. 2 teaspooncurd
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 table spoonoil
  9. For filling
  10. 2boiled potatoes
  11. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 2 tea spooncoriander powder
  14. 1 tea spoonchaat masala

    Take 1 cup maida, 1/4 cup wheat flour. Add salt to it.

    After 5 minutes add 1 tsp oil to it and add this to dry ingredients.

    Take 2 tsp curd, add 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 baking powder. Stir and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Knead dough using this. If needed take water to knead dough.

    You will feel stickness. After kneading apply a little oil over it and keep it to warm place for fermentation.

    It will take 1 hour to 4 hours, depending upon the condition of whether and warmness.

    Till then we'll make stuffing.
    Take boiled potato. Mess it and add all spices.

    Now after fermentation, make equal balls stuff with potato filling. Apply little milk over it.

    Now bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degree or till it"s top turns into brown colour.

    Buns are ready serve with tomato and chilli sauce.
