8-10fresh palak leaves
1 cupGram Flour (Besan)
1 tbspcornflour
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspajwain
to tasteSalt
Pinchasafoetida
As neededOil for frying
as neededFinely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Be ready with all the ingredients.

Add all the ingredients together and mix water to prepare a mixture. Make sure no lumps are formed.

Dip the palak leaves in the mixture and deep fry on medium flame in hot oil.

Fry till it turns crisp.
