  1. 8-10fresh palak leaves
  2. 1 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  3. 1 tbspcornflour
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspajwain
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Pinchasafoetida
  9. As neededOil for frying
  10. as neededFinely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

    Add all the ingredients together and mix water to prepare a mixture. Make sure no lumps are formed.

    Dip the palak leaves in the mixture and deep fry on medium flame in hot oil.

    Fry till it turns crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately.
