Ingredients

  • 1 .5 teaspoon Ghee (Clarified butter)
  • 2Green chilies chopped finely
  • 2 cupsPotatoes washed, peeled and cubed
  • to tasteRock Salt (sendha namak)
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonCilantro or coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker on medium heat.
    Once hot add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle then add chopped green chilies and saute for few seconds.
    Add cubed potatoes. Mix it.

  2. 2

    Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. And let it sauté

  3. 3

    Garnish with coriander
