Combine the warm milk and coconut milk

Rub in the milk 1/4 cup at a time, kneading with your hands

Let the dough rise for 1 hour

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a round flat shape

Cut it into quarters and deep fry in salad oil until both sides are browned

Serve with tea and mbaazi
