Tacos Our Way

I have a family with daughters who have a variety of tastes when it comes to food. To please everyone, we use meat but always include vegetables, which are a must.
Tacos Our Way
I have a family with daughters who have a variety of tastes when it comes to food. To please everyone, we use meat but always include vegetables, which are a must.
Steps
- 1
I had leftover grilled flank steak and chuck roast, so I sliced them into thin strips and set them aside.
- 2
Slice the onions and bell pepper into thin strips and cook them in a little oil. Once they soften, add the meat, crushed red pepper, and the bouillon cube dissolved in a bit of water. My goal was to mellow out the grilled flavor. After 10 minutes, add a little salt if needed, since the bouillon and meat are already salty. Cook for 5 more minutes, add the wine, reduce the heat, and let the liquid cook off.
- 3
Meanwhile, boil the eggs and chop the vegetables. Enjoy!
