Steps

In our first step peel off potato wash it and cut in thin round shape,and cut tomato thin and round shape.

In our second step take green chilli,garlic cloves, coriander leaves,cumin seeds in a grinder and grind them.

Take besan add grind mixture in it,add turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and ajwain in it then add water,that mixture should not be watery it should be some thickness.

Take a pan heat oil then dip potato in mixture and then fry them in slow stove.When the colour of potato become light brown then potato pakoda is ready to serve.Same process will be apply for tomato pakoda.Serve with chutney and tea.
