It's easy to cook and it's also very healthy and tasty.

First take a bowl and put rawa,dahi and some water. Mix well and let it rest for 3 to 4 hours.

Then add baking soda, salt, red chilli powder, sugar and mix well.

Now heat 1 glass of water in steamer and pour the prepared mixture in a oil greased vessel and cook it in the steamer for 15 minutes.

After this let it cool down.

Rawa dhokla is prepared. Now cut it into diamond shaped pieces.

Now heat some oil in the frying pan and put jerra, rai, curry leaves, hing and green chillies and put it on dhokla.

Your rawa dhokla is ready to serve.
