Ingredients

  1. Couscous
  2. spices and seasonings
  3. Ground nut
  4. Egg
  5. Vegetables
  6. Viva leather
  7. Capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut Vegetables into small pieces (Onion, amaranths, carrots, green and red pepper and garlic but optionals). Onion should be slice

    Boil eggs and slice it

  3. 3

    Grind the groundnut

    Mix all the above very well and and mix it as well with the couscous in a bowl with small portion of water while mixing

    Ring it in a viva leather.. In small portions

    Take the step 5 into boiling water in a pot and allow it to cook for 30minutes and remove the leather mix it very well.. Ready to serve
