Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoaked chana dal
  • 1/2 cupsoaked dhuli moong dal
  • 1 cupchopped methi
  • 1/2chopped spinach
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • 2green chillies
  • 1small ginger piece
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder if required

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind chana dal, moong dal, ginger and green chillies together in a grinder.

  2. 2

    Take out the grinded mixture in a big bowl. To it add, all the other ingredients mentioned above

    Give a good mix

    Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till golden crisp brown and serve hot 😋
