Ingredients

  1. 1large or 2 small chocolate fresh cream swiss rolls
  2. 1-2 punnetsstrawberries
  3. Flake
  4. Whipped cream
  5. Mousse- 20 marshmallows
  6. 2slabs dark chocolate
  7. 250 mlmilk
  8. 250 mlfresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk on low on stove.
    Add chocolate and marshmallows.
    Mix together till smooth, remove from stove and allow to cool.

  2. 2

    Whip fresh cream stiff.
    Fold whipped cream gently into melted chocolate.
    Allow to cool and set in fridge.

  3. 3

    Slice swiss roll.
    Place a slice down in trifle bowl.
    Slice strawberries and place along the side of bowl.

  4. 4

    Spoon in mousse.
    Lay some sliced strawberries on mousse.
    Repeat layers ending with mousse.
    (May even use swissroll slices placing against side).

  5. 5

    Decorate with whipped cream, flake and strawberries.
    Chill in fridge. Serve cold.
