Steps

Take half cup water and keep to boil. As it's boils take suji in a bowl and add boiling water to it. Mix it well and keep covered for 7 to 8 mins.

Cut cabbage finely.Mix it with suji. Add besan and all masalas.Add salt.Add oil.Add juice if lemon and garam masala. Mix everything well and make muthiya.

Steam them for around 12 to 15 mins. Remove it and cool it. Then cut into pieces.

Ina pan add oil 2 spoons add rai, green chilli and curry leaves. As it crackles add muthiya and mix well.

Remove in a bowl and serve.
