Steps

Boil the lentils with one cup of water until tender but still retain the shape.

Add remaining ingredients (except cilantro, green chilies, oil and eggs)in a pot with some water about 1-1/2 cups and cook until the meat is tender and all the water has evaporated. Let it cool

Mix with the boiled and cooled Chana lentils and grind in a food processor until fine paste.

Now add chopped cilantro, chopped green chilies and and 1- 2 eggs (depending on the texture of the mixture.

If wet use 1 egg and if dry use 2 eggs)
Mix thoroughly. - 6
Shape the Kebabs and deep fry.
