First peel the potatoes and make a hole.

Then mashed the paneer and salt, red chilli,garam masala and Maggi masala mix well. Fill this mixture in potatoes,.

Then take a small bowl add cournflour and water make a paste. Then cover with paste all potatoes and fry.

Then take a wok heat a oil add asafoetida, cumin seeds cardamom,and let splutter it.

Add Makahne puree and onion puree cook for 5 mins.

Add tomato puree and all spices cook 5 mine and add cream cook 2 mins.

Add water and salt mix well add potatoes and cook for 7 mins on low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
