Ingredients

  • 2medium size raw mango (keri)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 stickcinamon
  • 2-3green cardamon
  • 2 strandszafran
  • 4 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First grate the keris than put in water with cinamon and green cardamon for boiling. Boil it in low flame untill all keris done.

  2. 2

    Now add sugar and cook again on low flame till all sugar dissolve and its texture like jam or marmlade in last add zafran dissolve in water for colour cook few min more if u see it get more thick add some water than cook it off the flame.

  3. 3

    Now let it cool and aftr that u can enjoy it with roti, paratha or bread slice in breakfast
