2 cupsself rising flour
4eggs
250bb
1tbp strawberry Essence
1/3milk
1 cupSugar

Preheat oven to 180.in a large bowl mix bb n sugar together

Add in eggs one by one adding in essence..

Add milk and flour bit by bit till its done.

Pour in a Greased baking tin n bake for 25 minutes at 180. Remove from oven n let it cool b4 serving enjoy with milk or coffee.
