Ingredients

  • 250 gwhite mushrooms sliced
  • Halfan onion finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoonKnorr mushroom soup
  • 150 gplain full cream yogurt
  • 2 Tbsbutter
  • to your taste Herbs/salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until translucent.

  2. 2

    Add 2 Tbs knorr mushroom soup and cook for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt, herbs, salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Allow to simmer and reduce at a low heat. Serve with chicken schnitzel or steak.
