Cooking Instructions

Marinate :- Mix all the ingredients and put 1kg of chicken wings in it and marinate for at least an hour or two

Pre heat over at 200 degree (C)

Put the wings on a tray and baste it with the left over marinade
- 4
Put it in over for 45 mins or till it cooks. (After 20 mins baste it with reduced sauce)

On a sauce pan, reduce the sauce till it thickens, baste it on the chicken wings.

Serve with chips or mixed veggies or whatever you feel like
