Steps

Add in your oil into a wok then stir fry your ginger and garlic paste then add in your chopped onions

Then you add in your vegetables (green beans first then your carrots)until soft. Then you add in your egg into it and scramble it and add your chopped sausage. Then add your boiled rice into it

Then you add in all your spices and low your heat and stir fry it all together. You can serve with shredded beef sauce and boom look at my plate!
