Ingredients

1 kgChops
3 tbspGinger/garlic paste
1 tspZeera powder
1 tspDhaniya powder
1 tspCrushed chilli
1 tspSalt
Chinese salt half tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
1 tspRed chilli powder
2 tspShan chop steak masala
2 tbspGreen chilli paste
Plain flour as required
Egg 3 or as required
Oil for shallow fry

METHOD:
Hammer chops little bit then wash it and marinate with all above ingredients except egg and plain flour.

Before frying get it 1 by 1 dip in egg then dip in flour and shallow fry. Turn sides, each side 10 to 12 minutes.
