    Wash tomatoes,peel onions,ginger and garlic,wash,set aside,slice tomatoes and onions,set aside.

    In a dry pot on medium heat,pour in oil,heat,add ginger and garlic, onions,stir fry,add tomatoes, pepper,seasoning and diced beef,stir,cook for a minute or more,turn off heat,ready to eat...
