Ingredients

1 cupbeef stir fry chops
1 tsprosemary, dried
1 tspturmeric
1/2 cupfresh cream
2 tablespoontomato paste
1 tspbarbecue spice
2 tablespoonolive pride extra virgin oil
1small white onion (finely sliced)
1 tsprajah
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 Tspsalt

Heat oil, saute your onion, add beef stir fry chops and all spices (rosemary, turmeric, barbecue spice, rajah). fry till the strips are soft.. add tomato paste and cook for about a minute. Add fresh cream, salt and pepper.

Simmer for about two minutes then remove from the stove. Enjoy 😘😘😘
