2 servings

3-4potatoes peeled and cubed
As neededOil for deep frying
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspchaat masala
1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
1 tbspred sweet chutney
1 tbspgreen chutney
to tasteSalt
2 tsplemon juice
As needed coriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

In a pan fry potatoes until crisp and brown.

Remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper napkin.

Transfer fried potatoes to a bowl.

Add all the chaat ingredients to the fried potatoes and mix thoroughly.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
