Tiranga Rice (palak rice, plain rice and carrot rice)

First cook plain rice with salt in pressure cooker.

Then divide in three parts.

Take mixer jar add palak leaves and some pinch of red chilli powder and salt for taste and make pure of palak

Take mixer jar make carrot pure add some salt in it and make pure of carrot.

Take kadhai add some oil add palak pure saute for few seconds and add rice in it. sauté for few second and switch off the gas.

Take another kadhai add some oil and carrot pure in it and rice sauté for few seconds and keep aside.

Now take one glass add first palak rice in it then plain rice and after that carrot rice. For decoration cut some tomatoes and decorate it.
