Steps

In a pan make sugar syrup by adding in water, sugar, cardomons n yellow food color.

Cook for about 10 mins,completely dissolving the sugar.

For balls, mix in Nido, baking powder, maida first.

Then add ghee n eggs n initially mix everything with spoon.

Then with hands make a smooth dough n rub the palms on the dough till you feel oil on the palms. This will take around 4 to 5 mins.

Make small balls with no cracks n deep fry in low medium oil n cook till equally brown from all sides making sure you stir it ocassionally.

Now put these fried balls in sugar syrup and cover n lid n cook on very low flame for 4 mins.
