Ingredients

  • 1/2carrot
  • 5 bunchesspinach
  • 4small mushrooms
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1.5 tbspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut vegetables

  2. 2

    Boil vegetables. Cool them under running water. Note: Don't boil them too much

  3. 3

    Drain them well. This step is very important.

  4. 4

    Mix vegetables, sesame oil and salt

  5. 5

    That's it. Enjoy 🙂
