Fried potato with egg sauce

Peel Irish potato and cut in strip,wash and salt it,then set it aside.

Heat up frying pan and pour vegetable oil allow it to become hot,when it's hot fry the potatoes and drain in a sieve once it's done frying.

Wash all the veges,dice tomatoes,pepper and onions and set aside.Heat frying pan,add tablespoon of vegetable oil,once it's hot add onions after 2 minutes add tomatoes and pepper,little salt,dash of Maggi and seasoning then stir.

Break eggs in a bowl add little salt and whisk,pour the eggs into the sauce and allow it cake before scrambling the egg,once the egg is ready,turn off heat.

Serve fries with scramble egg sauce.
