4 to 6 servings

1/2 cupJapanese Mayonnaise *OR Mayonnaise of your choice
2-3 tablespoonsTomato Ketchup
2 tablespoonsfinely chopped Red Onion
1 teaspoonLemon Juice OR Red Wine Vinegar
1/4-1/2 teaspoonTabasco
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins) *optional
1small clove Garlic *optional
1small Pickled Gherkin *optional, finely chopped
