Steps

Empty Italian tomato mix into a pan/pot and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Reduce tomato mix till it's a thick sauce.

Spread cooled italian tomato sauce on bases.

Add cheese on top and sprinkle with origanum and thyme.

Optional extras would be to add a variety of cheeses...I added mozzarella, tussers, cheddar and gouda.

On top of that I added chopped olives, tomato and garlic chives.

These are now ready to freeze/bake.
