Ingredients

  1. 1 cup corn, boiled
  2. 100 gm paneer
  3. 1-medium green capsicum
  4. Oil
  5. 1-medium Onion, chopped
  6. 1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
  7. 1 cup cornflakes
  8. 3/4 cup potato chips
  9. 4 -tbsp refined flour
  10. Crushed black pepper to taste
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for shallow frying
  13. 1-cupCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, and saute well, add chopped capsicum, mix and saute well.

    Add ginger, garlic paste, mix well and saute.

    Put cornflakes in a mixture jar and crush, transfer in to a bowl.

    Add corn to the pan, and mix and cook for 2- minutes.

    Take a bowl, great paneer.

    Add 4-tbsp refined flour to the pan, mix well, cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Add crushed pepper powder, add salt and toss to mix. Cook for 2-minutes

    Add cooked corn mixture to the panner with three fourth of crushed cornflakes and mix well. Add crushed potatoes chips mixture and mix well.

    Add saltin a bowl.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Divide corn mixture into equal portions and shape into tikki. Dip tikki in the better, place on the pan and shallow fry golden from both sides.

    Coriander leaves place on a serving platter. Place tikki on top and serve hot.
