Lauki Kofta

In a bowl add grated lauki, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi and salt. Tip : Squeeze little water from the grated lauki but not all.

Mix all the ingredients together with light hands.No water required to be added.

Make small lemon sized balls.

Deep fry them on medium heat.

Remove them on tissue paper once golden brown in colour.

Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
